Laser treatment can help soften the appearance of certain types of acne scars over time.
If acne left a mark, surface treatments won’t fix it.
Acne scars are not pigment issues, they're structural changes in the skin. Indented scars form when collagen is damaged deep within the dermis. Often, topicals and IPL cannot correct it. Many lower-tier lasers cannot fully remodel it.

Tried IPL, without results?

IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) is not a laser, it uses scattered light across multiple wavelengths.
IPL can improve pigmentation, but it cannot structurally remodel acne scars. Many lower-cost lasers operate in nanoseconds (longer pulses), relying heavily on heat diffusion.
When energy is not delivered in ultra-short pulses:
• Collagen stimulation is less targeted
• More surrounding tissue is affected
• More sessions are often required
• Results are slower and less dramatic

Multiple sessions are required to ensure ideal results! Your final investment depends on treatment area size, scar depth and severity, as well as the number of sessions required. Your individual healing response also makes a difference in how many treatments will be needed.
